02 Sep KGFA Mourns the Passing of Jeffery Christensen – Sublette Coop
Jeffery D. (Jeff) Christensen, age 57, passed away early Sunday morning, August 30, 2020, at the Meade District Hospital, Meade, Kansas.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020 from noon to 7:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 5 at 11 a.m.
Attendance at service will follow the guidelines set for social distancing to be maintained. This is for safety and the best interest of community health. As a young boy he attended school in Haviland, Kansas, and graduated in 1981. He later attended Barclay College and Fort Hays State University. A resident of Meade since February, 2017, he was a grain merchandiser for the Sublette Co-Op.
