Price includes Appetizers, 12 oz. Steak Dinner with dessert and 3 drink tickets.
Golf – includes breakfast, golf shirt, green fees, cart rental, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, lunch, reception and prizes—$120
**If you plan to attend the dinner on Sunday night and also golf, you will need to sign up for both and pay for both.

Block reserved for Sunday, August 5 at $89.00 plus taxes per night if reserved by July 27, 2018.

Registration Information

The course is limited to 112 players. This registration form, with a COMPLETE listing of your team, along with payment is required before your registration is considered complete. Complete teams will be entered on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may also choose to be paired if you do not have a team.
